We have been the candidate sweating through a system design round at 2 a.m. We have been the engineer trying to explain to a hiring manager why AI-generated code still needs a human review. We have been the ones updating our skill stacks while the industry changed underneath us — from waterfall to agile to DevOps to AI-augmented.
We built PegTalent because we got tired of career advice written by people who have not pushed code in a decade.
We are not a recruitment agency. We are not a MOOC factory. We are engineers who decided the skills-to-jobs pipeline was broken, so we fixed it ourselves.

We are a small, distributed team of software engineers, technical writers, and hiring veterans. Between us, we have:
